It’s an exclusive and limited program offered to Management Companies & HOAs, Educational & Non-Profit Organizations, and Retail Establishments. It’s designed to provide our clients with an affordable and cost saving alternative to the Director of Security position, without sacrificing efficiency and delivery of services.
RMA effectively handles the duties of planning, organizing, directing, and managing the overall security operations for our clients. Director of Security
RMA provides regularly scheduled and unannounced visits / assessments. The goal is to monitor, prevent, identify, and immediately address any safety or security risks, as well as associate performance issues, that may pose a substantial risk to the business, its members, customer base, and assets.
CONSULTING SERVICES – RMA’s consulting services are essential for safety and security incident prevention and risk mitigation. Our team evaluates potential risks and provides recommendations to improve the overall safety and security of our clients sites, while protecting assets. We assess policy and procedure and develop a strategy that incorporates threat assessment, emergency management, environmental design, and asset inventory to reduce the chances for safety, security and critical incidents.
SAFETY & SECURITY AUDITS – RMA provides regularly scheduled audits, as well as unannounced visits and assessments. The goal is to monitor, prevent, identify, and immediately address any safety or security risks, as well as associate performance issues, that may pose a substantial risk to the business, its members, customer base, and assets.
RMA provides full reporting services which includes: weekly blotters, monthly executive summaries, site and safety inspection reports, personal accident / injury reports, and action plans. We also train staff how to effectively investigate, record and report incidents.
RMA provides our clients with a direct line of communication to our team. We are available 24/7 to address our clients specific needs.
RMA provides a “customer engagement” audit that’s responsible for determining the quality of service and products provided by the client’s associates. Our team poses as ordinary customers and documents our experiences and the level of customer service we received. In addition, we submit detailed reports on our findings in a timely manner.
RMA provides a host of training options for our clients. This includes onboarding and in-service training, monthly meetings, online training, and more.
RMA puts in place an action plan and strategy that effectively manages, reduces and responds to any incident or emergency.
